Georgian authorities have joined the nationwide mourning for the victims of the tragedy in Switzerland. Two days ago, an explosion occurred at one of the local resorts.
Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili expressed condolences to Switzerland following the tragedy that occurred at the Crans-Montana ski resort on New Year's Eve.
On his social media pages, he noted that Tbilisi joins the nationwide mourning.
"In these difficult times, the Georgian people join the nationwide mourning, we share this immense pain of the Swiss people. I express my condolences to the families of the victims, their loved ones, and everyone affected by this great tragedy,”
