A power outage in Dagestan left 38 villages without power. The outage originated at the Vachi substation in the Kulinsky District, which supplies 35 kilovolts, according to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the republic.

4 repair crews, consisting of 16 technicians with specialized equipment, are working to restore electricity.
According to the Unified Duty Dispatch Service (EDDS), 38 villages across the Kulinsky, Charodinsky, and Tabasaransky districts. It should be noted that all these villages rely on gas for heating, but their systems require electricity to operate. Consequently, the power cut has left residents without both light and heat.
