Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the Rafah crossing on the Egypt-Israel border will remain closed until Hamas fulfills its part of the peace deal.

The Rafah crossing on the Gaza Strip-Egypt border will remain closed, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.

The politician's office noted that the opening of the crossing depends on Hamas, which must return the remains of the deceased hostages.

"Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that the Rafah crossing will not be opened until further notice. The question of its opening will be considered depending on whether Hamas fulfills its part in returning the deceased hostages and implementing the agreed-upon plan,”
