The Prime Minister of Armenia is confident that Yerevan and Baku will conclude a peace agreement. Nikol Pashinyan also ruled out that there will be a new escalation between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is sure of signing a peace agreement with Azerbaijan. He wrote the relevant message on his pages in social networks.
The head of the Armenian government underlined that the agreement will be based on official statements made at the highest level.
In addition, he expressed confidence that there would be no escalation between the countries.
Earlier this week, Azerbaijan called on Armenia to return to the negotiating table and discuss the issue of signing a peace agreement. On Monday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced his readiness to provide countries with any assistance in preparing the treaty.
