A 20,000-square-meter recreation park opened in Batumi today. The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Adjara Government, Sulkhan Tamazashvili. According to Tamazashvili, the space was designed with the participation of leading international design experts.
"Such spaces not only enhance the city's appearance but also directly contribute to citizens' well-being and promote a healthy lifestyle, which is one of our main priorities,"
Sulkhan Tamazashvili said.
The project was implemented by the Silk Road Group. The park is connected to the Batumi Boulevard.
Park visitors can enjoy both sports activities and relaxation surrounded by the diverse flora: over 600 trees and more than 60,000 shrubs have been planted throughout the park.
