FDI in Azerbaijan's economy increased by nearly 29%

Azerbaijan's economy received almost a third more FDI this year, with their volume exceeding $2 bln.

Foreign investment in Azerbaijan's economy increased by nearly 29% over the first 11 months of this year, the State Statistics Committee informs.

Foreign business investment totaled almost 3.7 mln manat ($2.18 bln). The majority of this investment came from the UK, UAE, Türkiye, Russia, the US, and Iran.

Total fixed capital investment in Azerbaijan reached 16.6 bln manat, exceeding 2024 levels by 3%. Investment in the non-oil and gas sector has also increased.
