Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian held talks with the UN Secretary-General António Guterres in Geneva on the sidelines of the regular session of the UN Human Rights Council on Monday.
Amirabdollahian, who arrived in Geneva to attend the Human Rights Council meeting, met with the UN Secretary-General yesterday.
Iran's Foreign Minister will reportedly meet with a number of international figures during his Geneva trip.
The official is accompanied by Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani and Iranian Judiciary's Deputy Chief for International Affairs and Secretary General of the Islamic Republic of Iran's High Council for Human Rights Kazem Gharibabadi.
