Anthony Blinken makes phone call to Ilham Aliyev

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has made a phone call to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

In his Twitter post, Blinken has expressed the continued support of the U.S, for the negotiations on the Baku-Yerevan peace treaty.
