Armenian and Iranian leaders confirm commitment to fulfill agreements

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with Iran's newly elected President Masoud Pezeshkian on July 9, according to the PM's office.

The Armenian PM congratulated the Iranian President on his victory in the elections and wished him an effective tenure.

The sides reaffirmed their commitment to the agreements previously reached at the interstate level.  

In addition, the parties agreed to meet at an upcoming opportunity.
