Extreme heat, considered a dangerous phenomenon, will continue in Kuban at least until mid-week.
"In the afternoon and evening of July 16, 17 and 18, extreme heat is expected in the region. The temperature will reach 39–41 degrees Celsius",
the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory said.
Due to a dangerous natural phenomenon, the storm warning has been extended.
It will also be extremely hot on the sea coast, but still slightly cooler than inside the region. The temperature will be about 37 degrees there.
