The capitals of Russia and Türkiye signed agreements to develop cooperation in the economic and cultural spheres. The Moscow-Ankara partnership program will run from 2026 to 2029.
The agreements were signed during a visit to Ankara by Moscow government representatives, led by Sergey Cheremin, head of the Moscow Department of External Relations.
