The ICRC has called for the Rafah crossing to be reopened to ensure sufficient humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip.
The Rafah crossing on the Egypt-Gaza border must be reopened to ensure sufficient humanitarian aid for the Palestinian exclave, Yasmine Praz-Dessimoz, the head of operations at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), said.
"To ensure sufficient aid and to meet the basic needs of the population, the Rafah crossing must be reopened and the unimpeded flow of humanitarian supplies into Gaza must be ensured,”
