Rafah сrossing operating at 30 of its capacity, Gaza authorities report

The Gaza administration reported that 925 people had crossed the border since the Rafah Crossing reopened, down from 3,000, meaning the crossing is operating at only 30% capacity.

According to Gaza Strip authorities, only 900 people crossed the Rafah crossing on the border between Gaza and Egypt since its reopening on February 2.

"The total number of people entering and exiting the Rafah Crossing ( on February 2-16– ed.) is 925, down from the expected 3,000. Therefore, Israel's obligations under the agreement—ed.) have been fulfilled by approximately 31%,”

– the Gaza Strip authorities press service informed.
