An emergency occurred in Derbent on Sunday night when the roof of a multi-story building caught fire, according to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Dagestan.
"A call was received via the 112 system about a fire in the roof of a nine-story apartment building in Derbent. 200 residents were evacuated",
Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Dagestan stated.
The incident occurred overnight, and the fire was successfully contained. No casualties were reported.
