An earthquake was recorded in Türkiye last night.
According to Türkiye's Disaster and Emergency Management Agency (AFAD), the magnitude of the quake was 4.9. The tremors were recorded in the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir Province, with the hypocenter located at a depth of 7 km.
The earthquake was felt not only in Balıkesir but also in Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir, Çanakkale, Manisa, and neighboring provinces, according to Turkish seismologists.
