About 3,000 former IDPs will return to Shusha by the beginning of 2027, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha Aydin Karimov said.
According to him, as many as 45 buildings will be commissioned in Shusha, and more than 800 apartments will be put into operation.
Karimov emphasized that so far, 1,411 people have been relocated to Shusha, and in total, up to the second return plan, the relocation of 8,000 people is planned.
The special representative added that the number of visitors to Shusha is increasing: 430,000 tourists have visited Shusha in 2025.
