Another 669 hectares of Azerbaijani territory cleared of mines

The National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has released a report on the results of mine action efforts in the liberated regions of Azerbaijan during the past week.

In its latest report, ANAMA detailed that from February 2 to 8, demining operations across 13 districts and the city of Khankendi resulted in the destruction of 105 mines (97 anti-personnel and 8 anti-tank) and 223 pieces of unexploded ordnance.

These efforts have significantly enhanced the safety of the liberated areas.
