Armenia has acknowledged the possibility of cooperation with Russia in TRIPP, though its participation in the project is not under discussion. The "Trump Route" in Armenia will be implemented by an Armenian-U.S. company.

During a press conference in Washington, Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that cooperation with Russia on the "Trump Route" is possible.

"Russia's participation in the project has not been discussed. The parameters for TRIPP's activities are already defined. However, the unblocking of transport communications in the region is beneficial for all neighbors, both near and far ones," Ararat Mirzoyan said.

He emphasized that Armenia "has no goal of excluding Russia," and that cooperation is possible. The minister also noted that Russia has a presence in Armenia's railway sector.

"Russia has a presence in various infrastructures within Armenian territory, including the railways. Connections and cooperation related to TRIPP can also be established for Russia," Mirzoyan said.

Armenia and the United States intend to establish a joint venture to implement the route – TRIPP Development. Control of the venture will belong to the American side.
