Armenian Foreign Ministry: Relations between Yerevan and EU have never been so close

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has informed the Parliament on Armenia's EU visa liberalization process during his parliamentary address. According to Mirzoyan, the process is going faster than in other countries.

"The process of visa liberalization is proceeding very quickly. Faster than in the case of a number of other countries",

Ararat Mirzoyan said.

The minister confirmed substantial preparatory work completion and anticipated imminent publication of the action plan, noting current Armenia-EU cooperation represents their most extensive multidimensional partnership.

This follows Yerevan's spring adoption of the "On Initiating Armenia's EU Membership Process" legislation, establishing the legal foundation for European integration.
