Today, the Azerbaijani side transferred four Armenian citizens, previously detained by Azerbaijani law enforcement officials under various circumstances, to their homeland, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced.

"Gevorg Sujyan, David Davtyan, Vigen Euljekjyan, and Vagif Khachatryan, who previously had stayed in Baku, were handed over to the Armenian side. They were transported across the bridge on the Hakari River and handed over to representatives of the relevant Armenian authorities,”
