According to a statement released by Kazakhstan's Air Astana on November 9, adverse weather conditions have led to flight delays in Astana.
Heavy snowfall is currently blanketing the republic's capital.
"Air Astana reports that flights from Astana are delayed due to adverse weather conditions",
Air Astana press service reported.
The airline advised passengers to check their flight status online before heading to the airport.
