Russia's exports of dairy products to the United Arab Emirates tripled in 2025, reaching a value of nearly $1 million, according to data from the federal center Agroexport.
"Compared to 2024, exports increased by 3.3 times in volume and 2.9 times in value",
Agroexport reported.
Preliminary estimates indicate that Russia supplied approximately 275 tons of dairy products, including cheese, milk, and ice cream, to the UAE last year.
Shipments surged significantly across key categories: milk and cream exports grew by 8.4 times, cheese and cottage cheese by 4.4 times, and ice cream by 48%. Exports of fermented milk products also saw an increase.
