An earthquake struck in Azerbaijan's Shamakhi region today.
According to the Republican Seismological Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), the tremor was recorded at 07:56 local time. The epicenter was located 12 kilometers south of the Pirgulu station, at a depth of 9 kilometers, with an estimated magnitude of 3.7. The tremors were felt near the epicenter, with magnitudes of up to 4.
No casualties or damage have been reported.
