Iranian football authorities have officially withdrawn from the draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be held in the United States.
The Iranian Football Federation has decided not to participate in the draw ceremony for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The draw is scheduled for December 5 in Washington, D.C. It was previously reported that not all members of the Islamic Republic's delegation had received visas. Only four members, including the head coach, were provided with them.
