Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that the format of Iran's cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) would change, referencing previous negotiations in Cairo that had established existing agreements.

"However, the Cairo agreement is no longer sufficient due to new realities, including the snapback mechanism, and new decisions will be made",

Abbas Araghchi stated.

Let us remind you that international sanctions against Iran, imposed by the UN Security Council, were imposed under the snapback mechanism. However, the Russian side has not recognized the reinstatement of anti-Iranian sanctions. Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, previously declared the sanctions invalid, citing serious procedural violations by the EU3 countries (France, Germany, and the UK) during their reinstatement.
