Turkmenistan's coastal rescue service officials conducted an operation to rescue people from the Iranian bulk carrier Rona, which sank in the Caspian Sea.
Turkmen coastal rescue service officials rescued 14 people from the Iranian bulk carrier Rona, which sank off the coast of the Caspian Sea, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported.
The statement clarified that all 14 people on board the vessel were rescued and are currently out of danger.
The rescued people were identified as citizens of Iran and India, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added.
