Iranian president condemns US actions in Venezuela

Today, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian during a telephone conversation with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said that US illegal actions in Venezuela threaten global security.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held a telephone conversation with his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolás Maduro, in which he reaffirmed the strategic alliance between the two countries and called US actions in the Caribbean a threat to global security.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran considers Venezuela its true friend and ally and supports it under all circumstances, especially in the current difficult situation,”
