According to the IDF Spokesperson's Office, Israel intercepted a rocket fired from Yemen on the evening of September 28.
"The IDF detected a rocket fired from Yemen toward Israeli territory... Air raid sirens were activated in several areas following the launch",
the Israeli military said.
This incident follows previous interceptions of rockets fired from Yemen toward Israel.
