Muhammad al-Hawli, a senior Hamas official, was killed in the central Gaza Strip, Israeli media reports.
According to the media, Israel struck a house in the city of Deir el-Balah.
Al-Hawli's wife, daughter, and several other people who were in the building at the time of the attack were also killed.
The IDF has so far made no official statement regarding the incident.
