Khamenei rejects negotiations with USA

Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei stated that negotiations between Iran and the US are currently futile.

"In the current situation, negotiations with the US government, first and foremost, do not serve our national interests, do not bring us any benefit, and will not prevent any harm",

Ali Khamenei said.

According to Khamenei, Washington is imposing conditions rather than seeking dialogue. He noted that the US is focused only on ending uranium enrichment in the Islamic Republic and shutting down nuclear facilities.

It should be noted that yesterday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with representatives of the EU3 countries, with both sides agreeing to continue the dialogue.
