Moscow and Washington hold phone talks

Russian and U.S. representatives have held another telephone conversation following recent consultations in Miami, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin's foreign policy adviser, Yuri Ushakov, participated on behalf of the Russian presidential office in the talks with several White House officials.

Earlier, special envoy Kirill Dmitriev had briefed Putin on his talks with U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner last weekend in Florida.

Speaking about the results, Peskov said Moscow and Washington "agreed to continue the dialogue."
