Pezeshkian proposes BRICS collective action against sanctions

Pezeshkian proposed creating a unified framework within BRICS to address sanctions pressure, suggesting member states collaboratively oppose Western restrictions.

"BRICS could develop a common mechanism to support members of the organization in the face of illegal unilateral sanctions and to continue developing the economies of states without being subjected to unfair political pressure",

Masoud Pezeshkian said.

Let us recall that the EU3 countries (the UK, France, Germany) plan to restore sanctions against Iran by the end of the month if Tehran does not agree to the conditions of Western countries on the Iranian nuclear issue.
