President Vladimir Putin will travel to Turkmenistan on Friday, where he will hold separate meetings with several heads of state on the sidelines of the "Peace and Trust" international forum, according to his press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"Naturally, there will be a conversation with the President's counterpart in Turkmenistan (Serdar Berdimuhamedov). In addition, there will be a conversation with Iranian President (Masoud) Pezeshkian, Pakistani Prime Minister (Shahbaz) Sharif, and a conversation with Iraqi President Latif Rashid is also planned",

Dmitry Peskov said.

Peskov also confirmed earlier on Thursday that a meeting between President Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is scheduled for Ashgabat.

Following his working day in Ashgabat, the Russian leader will return to Moscow, the Kremlin spokesman added.
