Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov has announced that trade between Russia and Central Asian nations totaled $45 billion in 2024.
"Significant results have been achieved across the entire spectrum of multifaceted relations. Steady growth in total mutual trade turnover is being recorded, exceeding $45 billion by the end of 2024",
Yuri Ushakov said.
Uzbekistan remains one of Russia's key regional partners. Uzbek President, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, had previously announced his intention to increase trade turnover with Russia to $30 billion by 2030.
