Spy cell eliminated in Iran

A spy cell that was preparing strikes on Iranian military facilities was eliminated in the Iranian province of Khorasan Razavi.

Fighters of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) crashed a spy cell in the province of Khorasan Razavi.

According to the local media reports, cell members were in contact with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, to which they passed on important information about strategic military facilities, as well as high-ranking officers of the Iranian army.

According to Iranian security officials, the agents were also hatching plans to strike in Mashhad. The targets were to be military facilities.
