Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran is open for a dialogue with the United States.
He called on US President Donald Trump to seize a “brief window of opportunity” to restart nuclear negotiations with Tehran based on mutual respect.
"Iran remains open to an agreement that is built on mutual respect and mutual interest,” Araghchi said.
The Iranian foreign minister urged Trump to recognize growing regional support for renewed diplomacy.
According to him, “mutual friends of Iran and the US” in the region had conveyed their willingness to Tehran to facilitate talks and guarantee the implementation of any agreement.
