Türkiye is capable of dictating the rules of the game in international affairs. The relevant statement was made by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 17 during the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Foreign Ministry complex in Ankara.

"The priorities of Turkish foreign policy are maintaining stability, ensuring peace, and strengthening fraternal ties. We are not interested in cheap polemics. Today, Turkiye is a country dictating the rules of the game both domestically and in the region, and pays no attention to the opinions of others,”
