Turkish and Uzbek Foreign Ministers hold telephone conversation

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Uzbek counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov spoke by phone to discuss the development of bilateral relations as well as regional and global issues.

"Our conversation covered various areas of bilateral and multilateral cooperation. We discussed preparations for upcoming events, strengthening the strategic partnership, as well as regional and global issues",

Bakhtiyor Saidov said.

The ministers reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close contact to implement the discussed agreements.
