Armenian authorities confirmed an earlier media report stating that a second, larger batch of petroleum products would be shipped from Azerbaijan to Armenia today.

Armenian Economy Ministry's  spokesperson Lilit Shaboyan confirmed the information but did not provide additional details.

Economy Minister Gevork Papoyan elaborated, stating that the latest shipment includes both regular and premium gasoline, as well as diesel fuel.

"Preliminary estimates indicate the price will be 80 drams below the market rate",

Gevork Papoyan said.

As reported earlier, the shipment of 1,000 tons of A-92 gasoline, 1,000 tons of diesel, and 1,800 tons of A-95 gasoline was scheduled for January 8. The first delivery in December 2025 consisted of 1,218 tons of A-95 gasoline.
