Zhemaletdinov may join Akhmat FC

Grozny football club "Akhmat" is close to signing a contract with midfielder Rifat Zhemaletdinov, who previously played for Moscow CSKA.

The head coach of Grozny Stanislav Cherchesov personally insists on the transfer of the 28-year-old midfielder, according to Championat.com.

According to the portal, the parties should conclude an agreement in the near future.

Let us recall that Zhemaletdinov made 29 appearances for CSKA during the 2024/25 season, scoring two goals and providing four assists. His contract expired this summer, and therefore Zhemaletdinov left the club.
