A site for a new mosque in Moscow was found in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district, the press service of Moscow's diocese reports.
According to the press-service, the place is located at a sufficient distance from the Holy Lake, where the Orthodox church is located.

News of the possible construction spread on the Internet and was commented on by various public figures and athletes.
Later, the mayor of the city, Sergey Sobyanin, said that the mosque would appear near the Kosino metro station.
