Moscow condemns the attack on Riyadh Airport and calls on all parties to the conflicts on the Arabian Peninsula to refrain from targeting civilian infrastructure, the Russian foreign ministry said.
"Russia condemn this attack and calls on the parties to the conflicts in the zone of the Arabian Peninsula to refrain from strikes on civilian infrastructure," the ministry stressed.
It was noted that Russia’s position is unchanged: there are no alternatives to a political and diplomatic settlement of any crisis situations in the region, with due account of the interests of all the countries of the region without exception, TASS reported.
Riyadh International Airport came under a massive missile attack on October 10. Twelve people died and more than 300 others sustained injuries.
