The Israeli army targeted positions of the radical Hezbollah organization in the Bekaa region, located in eastern Lebanon, Israeli media reported.
According to the information, IDF units also attacked strongholds of Lebanese radicals in the south of the country, in the Az-Zrariyah region. The IDF press service notes that the operation of Hezbollah infrastructure facilities in Lebanon is a violation of the disarmament agreement between Beirut and Tel Aviv.
Let us recall that in August, the Lebanese authorities announced plans to disarm Hezbollah groups by the end of the year.
