Netanyahu hints at failed strike on Qatar

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu implied that the Israeli strike in Qatar failed to achieve its objective, indicating that senior Hamas officials survived. The politician referred to them using the present tense.

"The leaders of Hamas terrorists living in Qatar do not care about the people in Gaza,"

Benjamin Netanyahu stated.

The Prime Minister of Israel also accused Hamas of obstructing ceasefire efforts, claiming the group seeks to prolong the conflict indefinitely.

Netanyahu asserted that eliminating Hamas leadership would facilitate the release of Israeli hostages and pave the way for ending the war.
