Today, the leader of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, addressed the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan through social networks on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the return of national leader Heydar Aliyev to leadership of the state, celebrated as National Salvation Day.
