Today, negotiations between members of the Russian State Duma and the European Parliament took place via videoconference, Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, informs.
According to him, the group of the European Parliament members was led by Fernand Kartheiser.
"We discussed the crisis in relations with Russia, which has arisen due to the current EU leadership,”
