The Central Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate at 72.7479 rubles for June 18, marking an increase of 60.91 kopecks from the previous day's rate of 72.13 rubles.
The euro also strengthened against the ruble, rising by 61.24 kopecks to 84.3439 rubles.
The yuan gained 9.65 kopecks, reaching 10.7589 rubles.
