Baku, Ankara, and Tbilisi to establish joint crimefighting mechanism

Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Georgia will cooperate on crime‑fighting through a new communication mechanism linking their law enforcement agencies.

Turkish Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi announced the initiative, saying it will become operational in the coming days.

Çiftçi said.

He presented the plan during a working visit to Georgia, where he discussed regional crime‑fighting measures with his Georgian counterpart
