The historic decision to close the Minsk Group and all structures associated with it was made thanks to the efforts of Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
The statement was delivered during the December 4 OSCE Ministerial Council session in Vienna.
Fidan additionally reaffirmed Ankara's global security commitments, specifically reiterating Turkey's dedication to facilitating Ukrainian conflict resolution.
The regular OSCE Ministerial Council meeting is taking place in the Austrian capital on December 4-5.
