The Iranian army spokesperson Mohammad Akraminia said it would pause what it called “retaliatory” attacks against U.S. allies in the region.
“These [U.S.] attacks continued until two nights ago, but over the past two nights the Americans have stopped their attacks,” Mohammad Akraminia said.
According to him, Iran's strategy has essentially been retaliatory, Tehran has also halted its retaliatory operations.
